Our stay was incredibly frustrating due to numerous issues. First, there was a severe lack of heating during cold, rainy weather, making the experience quite uncomfortable. The WiFi was unreliable and did not work in our room, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, the upgraded room we received was dimly lit and looked rundown, with broken fixtures and walls that needed urgent attention.

I loved the great location—just a short walk to everything! The room was comfy, but we struggled a bit with the stairs to the elevator. Overall, a fantastic stay! 😊

The location is perfect, just a short walking distance from the train station and major attractions. However, the lift situation was a bit inconvenient as I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs to access it.
